Your instruction manual is the most important tool you have to keep your machine in good working order. Instruction manuals come with your machine, but if you have lost yours, you can usually obtain one free or at a low cost directly from the manufacturer.
The following chart includes a list of major sewing machine manufacturers, plus instructions on how to download manuals from their websites. To locate your manual, you will need your machine brand name and model number.

|Out of Print Manuals
From the home page, click on “Help” on the left navigation menu. “Out of Print Manuals” will appear beneath “Help.” Click on this to find manuals for older machines that are no longer available in print. If you do not find a manual here you will need to contact your local dealer to order one.
From the home page, find the “To Support” section on the lower left menu and choose “Product Manuals.”

From the home page, choose “Resources” from the left menu and you will be taken to a “Parts Books and Instruction Manuals” page where you can download manuals.
Manuals for the newer machines can be found by selecting the machine type from the “Products” menu on the left of the home page. After you select your machine model, look for the “Manual” link at the top of the machine information page. For manuals for older machines, contact your local Elna dealer.
At the bottom of the page, find the “Euro-Pro Product Support Wizards” and enter your model number.

|Select a Specific Model
From the home page, select your country and then choose the “Machines” tab at the bottom left. At the very bottom of the page, you will see a drop-down menu called “Select a Specific Model.” After choosing your model, click on the “Specifications” tab. Look for the “Download Manual” icon.
This page is buried deep within the Japanese version of the Juki site and contains a list of instruction manuals available for download for a wide variety of their machines.
Owners manuals for the some of the new Kenmore machines can be downloaded from the website. Select the machine type (left menu), then look on the bottom of the “Overview” page for an icon for the “Owner’s Manual.” Not all models include a downloadable manual, unfortunately. Older Kenmore instructional manuals can be purchased for $10 from SewUSA.com.

|Pfaff manuals must be obtained through a Pfaff dealer. Click on “Dealers” on the left navigation bar of the web site and choose “Pfaff Dealer Store Locator.” You can also call the number listed to find your nearest dealer.|
Scroll down the page to select your machine style (Single Needle, Two Needle, etc.). You will be taken to a second page where you can select your exact model. After selecting your model, you will see a list of PDF documents at the bottom of the page, including the Instruction Manual.

From the home page, type “sewing download” in the “Search” box on the left. You will see a list of guides. Replacement guidebooks can be downloaded for $15-20.

Instruction manuals are only available for download for the machines listed on this page. Click on a machine, then look for the “Instruction Manual” bar on the right hand menu.
From the home page, select the “Products” tab from the top menu, then “Instruction Manuals” from the drop down menu. You will be taken to a page where you can select your machine model type.

From the home page, look for the “I am looking for:” drop-down menu on the left. Then choose “Instruction Manuals.” Many machine manuals are free for download, but you can also order hard copies for a fee.
|Contact Toyota through the “Contact Us” section of their website with your model number and they will provide information on obtaining a manual.|

Don’t see your manufacturer on this list? Your machine may be a sub-brand of one of these major manufacturers, or the manufacturer may only be reachable through machine dealers. If you cannot find your manual from the manufacturers’ site, try these sellers:
